Turn updates into alignment (without chasing people)

Weekblast collects weekly updates automatically, keeps a searchable history, and gives your team visibility in minutes.

A weekly planning template should make your week clearer, not add more stuff to do. The template below has three parts: what you are trying to accomplish, what might get in the way, and what you learned from last week. That is it. Fill it out Sunday night or Monday morning and you are set.

This Week's Top Three

Write three things you want to accomplish this week. Be specific. 'Work on the project' is not a priority. 'Finish the API integration and get it to QA' is.

  • Priority 1:
  • Priority 2:
  • Priority 3:

Likely Blockers

What might get in the way of your priorities this week? Being honest about this upfront means you can flag it early instead of being surprised Wednesday afternoon.

  • Blocker 1:
  • Blocker 2:

Last Week's Quick Review

Three sentences. What got done, what did not, and what you are carrying forward. You will thank yourself in next quarter's review.

Example: Finished the homepage redesign but did not finish the API docs because the scope changed mid-week. Carrying the docs forward and will block time specifically for them next week.

WeekBlast replaces the spreadsheet template with a shared team view. Your priorities are visible, blockers surface automatically, and your Friday review is already written.
