By creating an account or using WeekBlast, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
WeekBlast is a team collaboration and personal productivity platform that enables users to create, share, and track weekly work updates. The Service allows users to log accomplishments, share updates with team members, search their work history, and collaborate with colleagues. We provide the platform; you retain ownership of your content.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of WeekBlast, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activity under your account

WeekBlast and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vorby Studios LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create and post on WeekBlast.
By posting content on WeekBlast, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and share your content as necessary to provide the Service. You may revoke this license by deleting your content or account.
6. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share your information. By using WeekBlast, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy. We use Supabase PostgreSQL for secure data storage and implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
7. Payment and Subscription Terms
WeekBlast offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice when possible, but immediate termination may be necessary in cases of severe violations.

WeekBlast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
While we strive to maintain high service availability and data integrity, we make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the Service or any content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorby Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of WeekBlast.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of WeekBlast after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of WeekBlast shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
